power•berry MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 2 power•berry 1-step smoothies
  • 1 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • Splash of vanilla
  • Splash of agave or honey

Directions

  1. Blend 2 power•berry 1-step smoothies with yogurt, vanilla and agave syrup or honey
  2. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients
  3. Pour mixture into greased muffin tin
  4. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  5. Cook 20-30 mins
  6. Enjoy!
