1/4 cup of peach, strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry
In a food processor, add all the tart crust ingredients and pulse until the granola is powdered and everything comes together like a nice dough.
Lightly spray the bottom of the 6” tart pan with a removable bottom. Add the crust to the pan and with the help of a spoon, spread out evenly on the bottom and the sides pressing down firmly. Transfer the crust to the freezer for 15 mins while you prepare the filling.
In a blender or a food processor add the yogurt, frozen pucks or fruit, and flaxseeds. Blend until smooth.
Take the tart pan out of the freezer. Add as much yogurt filling that can fit into the crust, spreading evenly on the surface. Freeze for another 15 minutes to allow the crust and yogurt to set.
Now the best part, decorate using fresh fruits or toppings of choice. Refrigerate until it’s ready to be consumed. Carefully remove the tart pan ring before serving. And enjoy!
