Frappe Chia Oat Parfait

I love adding in the Mindful Mocha Frappe pucks to this recipe for a healthier tiramisu inspired oat parfait. The Mindful Mocha is made with all organic ingredients & has 50% less sugar, calories & carbs than your typical frappe + added lion’s mane mushroom which helps to boost focus & memory all while keeping you calm, cool & collected ✌️ Bonus these little pucks also have vitamin D & folate in them which is great for everyone but especially if you are a nursing mama!

Don’t want to make your frappe puck into an oat parfait? (which, why wouldn’t you?) You can simply add it to your milk of choice & either blend OR shake for a delicious better for you frappe at home.

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

  • 2/3 cup Oats
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 Mindful Mocha puck
  • 1 1/3 cup Soy Milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt (use a dairy free high protein if vegan)
  • 1 tbsp Cacao
  • Optional Garnish: coffee beans

Directions

  1. Place milk of choice, maple syrup, vanilla & Mindful Mocha in a high speed blender and blend until completely combined.
  2. In a medium glass bowl combine oats & chia with your liquid mixture, once blended place in the fridge to set for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. To assemble, simply place oat mixture in the bottom of a glass or jar, top with yogurt and then sprinkle with cacao topping with a few coffee beans.

Assembled parfaits will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
