BLUEBERRY OATS CHIA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 power•berry 1-step smoothie puck
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, optional
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any milk
  • 1/2 cup water

Few more blueberries and a mint sprig for garnish (optional) 

Directions

Blend everything until combined.
